01

Tell us about the project

Share the essentials.

Send photos, rough measurements, quantity, location, artwork and deadline. We will ask about surface condition, viewing distance and installation access when they affect the recommendation.

02

Review your design

Fit the artwork to the surface.

We prepare the layout around seams, doors, handles, windows and sightlines. If your logo or artwork needs cleanup, we can include that work in the estimate.

03

Approve the proof

Confirm every visible detail.

You review the wording, placement, dimensions and color intent before production. Printing begins after approval and any deposit listed in your estimate.

04

We produce your graphics

Print, finish and inspect.

We print or cut your graphics, add the specified laminate and finishing, then inspect and label each piece for installation. Approved artwork stays organized for future orders.

05

We install and inspect

Finish the job cleanly.

Gridline installs fleet and commercial vehicle graphics at Merriam Lane and completes approved site installations. We inspect the finished work and explain any relevant care or warranty details.

Read all FAQs
Do you offer design?

Yes. We design commercial graphics, adapt established brands, prepare proofs and build production-ready files. Your estimate will list any design work beyond basic file setup.

What file formats do you accept?

AI, EPS and print-ready PDF files are preferred. We can also review SVG, PSD, TIFF and high-resolution PNG or JPEG files, then let you know whether the artwork needs preparation before printing.

How quickly can you complete a project?

Timing depends on design approval, material availability, production scheduling and installation access. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm the earliest practical completion date.

Do you offer after-hours installation?

Yes, when scheduling and site access allow. We can plan after-hours or phased installation around business operations and fleet availability, with any added labor included in the estimate.
